WHY IS MY ORDER SUBJECT TO NEW DUTIES?
As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. authorities have ended the duty-free treatment for low-value shipments (“de minimis”). All shipments from Portugal to the U.S. may be subject to duties, taxes, and entry requirements regardless of order value. Orders are shipped DAP (duties & taxes unpaid) unless otherwise stated; you are responsible for any fees collected by U.S. Customs or the carrier upon delivery. Non-payment may result in the package being held or returned; original shipping costs and any return fees are non-refundable.
HOW MUCH WILL I PAY IN DUTIES?
The duty amount varies depending on the order price, the type of item, and U.S. customs rules (based on HS codes). It is not possible to provide the exact amount in advance.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Shipments via DHL Express usually arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery region.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I REFUSE TO PAY THE DUTIES?
In the event duties and taxes are not paid, the shipment may be returned to us. Shipping costs and any return fees are non-refundable.

WHICH PRODUCTS WILL I RECEIVE WHEN PLACING AN ORDER?
A high-definition, high-quality figure produced in 12K with gray Anycubic resin. (see product photos for reference)
ARE THE PRINTED MODELS UNPAINTED?
Prior to shipping, supports are carefully removed. Light sanding may be needed in some areas. All figures are fully UV-cured, ensuring safe handling.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER CUSTOM FIGURES?
Sure! We are excited to help make your custom projects a reality. We offer a variety of commission services, such as:
3D Printing of Models: If you have an STL file of a figure or model you want printed, we can make it for you.
Painting Services: If you have a model you want professionally painted (whether printed by us or sent in), our artists can create custom painting to match your requests.
ORDER & CANCELLATIONS
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL A PENDING ORDER?
Once production begins, you can monitor your order status in your account to check if cancellation is allowed.
Order Status: Queued
You may cancel via email or Discord and get a full refund.
Order Status: Printing
The order has entered production. Cancellation is still allowed, but a 30% restocking fee applies.
Order Status: Painting
The order is in the painting stage. Cancellation is still possible, with a 60% restocking fee.
Order Status: Dispatched
The order can no longer be canceled as it has been dispatched.
HOW MUCH WILL I PAY FOR SHIPPING TO MY LOCATION?
Shipping charges are applied and calculated automatically when you complete your order.
DOES THE SHIPPING FEE INCLUDE ALL TAXES?
No. Imports, duties, or customs charges applicable in your country are the buyer’s responsibility. Regularly check your tracking to avoid missing important notices.
CAN I SET MY ORDER AS A GIFT?
Unfortunately, it is not possible. For legal and insurance purposes, the exact value of the product must be declared on all shipping documents. Given the time and care devoted to each piece, accurately reporting the value is essential to ensure proper compensation can be claimed, protecting both you and us if any incident occurs during transit.
WHAT STEPS SHOULD I TAKE IF MY FIGURE IS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?
Each shipment includes full tracking and insurance to protect both buyer and seller. Issues such as loss or damage are rare but can occur. Check your tracking regularly. If the package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, take photos and document everything thoroughly. This ensures a smoother process for any insurance claims. In case of damages, we provide free replacements.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN MY ORDER?
If you are a consumer purchasing within the EU or UK, you have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period starts on the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.
To exercise this right, you must clearly notify us (e.g., by email or post) before the withdrawal period ends. You may use the standard withdrawal form provided by law, but this is not mandatory.
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (but not additional charges for express/alternative shipping), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof of return, whichever comes first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the order unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.
You must return the goods without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day you notify us of withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we state otherwise.
Once we confirm the product has arrived undamaged, we will issue the refund.
You may handle the goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Any depreciation resulting from handling beyond this may be deducted from your refund.
ARE THERE CASES WHERE I CANNOT EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF RETURN?
Correct. The right of cancellation does not apply to:
Products manufactured according to your specifications or clearly customized.
WHAT TO DO IF THE PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 3 days of receipt, providing photos and detailed information. If the defect is confirmed, you may request repair, replacement, or refund, as provided under consumer protection law.
PAINTING DETAILS
HOW TO ORDER A STATUE ALREADY PAINTED?
Each statue is crafted upon special request. To avoid limiting your orders, painted options remain always accessible. Typically, the timeframe is 3–4 weeks, but unforeseen events may arise; in such cases, we will notify you beforehand.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRACK THE PROGRESS OF A PAINTED FIGURE?

WILL THE STATUE ARRIVE ASSEMBLED?
Assembly varies depending on the statue's size. Small models usually arrive mostly put together, though some tiny parts may come separately for protection during shipping. They fit easily (with magnets, pins, or shaped pegs) without needing glue, though you can use it for extra stability.
Large statues (1:6 or bigger) use more magnets and are easy to assemble.
A small tube of glue comes with every order!

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PAINTED STATUE DOES NOT MEET MY EXPECTATIONS?
Always specify any special requests clearly from the start. You can contact us anytime!
We are generally open to small modifications to the finished piece if necessary.
However, keep in mind that for custom-commissioned works, refunds cannot be provided once work has begun.
WHAT IS THE STEP-BY-STEP TO PAINT ON MY OWN?
1. Miniatures
- Start with our resin figures — they’re the best. Not just us, our customers say so!
2. Acrylic Paints
- Use paints made for miniatures — they’re thinner and more pigment-rich than craft paints.
- Recommended brands: Citadel (Games Workshop), Vallejo, Army Painter, Green Stuff World
- Start with basic colors: black, white, red, blue, yellow, brown, silver, and a flesh tone.
3. Brushes
- Get a few good-quality synthetic or sable brushes:
Detail brush (size 00 or 0)
Standard brush (size 1 or 2)
Drybrush (flat or round, stiff bristles) - Don’t overspend early — you can upgrade later.
4. Primer
- Essential for paint to stick properly.
- Use spray primer or brush-on primer in white, black, or grey.
White — for bright, vibrant colors
Black — for darker, grittier tones
Grey — a safe middle ground
5. Water Pot & Paper Towels
- Rinse your brushes regularly and dry them gently to preserve shape.
6. Palette
- Use a wet palette to keep paints from drying too fast.
- Easy DIY: wet sponge + parchment paper in a shallow container.
7. Lighting
- Use a desk lamp with daylight (cool white) bulbs for accurate color perception.
8. Sealer/Varnish
- Once painted, protect your minis with a matte spray varnish (e.g., Testors Dullcote or Army Painter Anti-Shine).
Optional (But Useful)
- Hobby Knife & Clippers — for cleaning and assembling models
- Super Glue or Plastic Cement — for assembling multipart minis
- Magnifying Glass or Headband Magnifier — for tiny details
- Miniature Holder — or use a wine cork or bottle cap with Blu-Tack for stability
Tips for Getting Started
- Thin your paints slightly with water — multiple thin coats are better than one thick one.
- Start simple — prime, base colors, a wash for shading, then drybrush for highlights.
- Practice on cheaper minis first before painting your favorite characters.
Take breaks and have fun — improvement comes with time and patience.

WHAT PRECAUTIONS SHOULD I TAKE?
• Warning
- This product contains small parts and is not suitable for children under 14 years old. Keep out of reach of young children. Adult supervision is required during assembly.
• Choking Hazard
- Small parts can pose a choking hazard. Never put figures or parts in your mouth.
• Sharp Points & Edges
- Handle with care. Some figures may have sharp points or edges. If a part breaks, dispose of it carefully to avoid cuts or injuries.
• Material Information
- This figure is 3D printed using Standard Photopolymer Resin. The cured resin is completely non-toxic and safe to touch. When sanding parts, wear a mask to avoid inhaling epoxy dust.
• Assembly
- Do not force parts together. If using glue, make sure it is suitable for the materials and use it in a well-ventilated area.
• Paint & Finishing
- This figure comes unpainted. If you choose to paint it, use non-toxic paints and sealants. It is not intended for chewing or ingestion.
• Care & Storage
- Store figures in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Avoid rough play or dropping, as this can cause breakage. Dust gently with a soft cloth.
